WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Carrie is a 4th generation Bay Area native from a long line of real estate professionals, builders and developers. Her grandfather grew up in San Francisco attending St. Ignatius High School where her daughter is now a student. Carrie knows from experience what it’s like to raise a family in the City and how to navigate the school system, the nuances of each neighborhood and stick it out as a family in a city!!
Carrie loves walking, hiking, running the Greenwich stairs or Lyon Street stairs and an occasional game of golf. You will often see her with her beloved Golden Retriever, Sam. She loves hosting big dinners with friends, great music, cooking, weekends at Stinson Beach or wine country adventures. Carrie is all about family and loves bringing people together.

I am a Bay Area native with a deep love for this city. San Francisco is constantly reinventing itself and I make it a priority to know what’s new, whether it’s an obscure city ordinance or the next best restaurant. I studied politics and urban development in college and apply that learning every day as political and cultural shifts affect the housing market. In addition to knowing the city’s civic and social history, figuring out what’s next is an essential piece of a real estate investment strategy. But don’t get me wrong- I also love a beautiful house.
When I’m not scouring the market for new gems and opportunities, I love hiking, snowboarding, cooking for friends and participating in “book club”. I speak baseball and Chinese, one of which I learned growing up in a Giants household, the other of which I learned through seven years of schooling and a semester living abroad in Shanghai. I love to travel, but after every adventure I always find myself excited to return home to the City by the Bay.
