As I mentioned, the summer market was a total mixed bag throughout the city based on neighborhood and price range. And of course, there was the typical slow-down that San Francisco experiences every year as people leave the fog. Despite the year-over-year comparison from the Spring of 2022 to 2023 below, when comparing the median sales price and volume from the past couple of months, San Francisco has been steadily increasing since the beginning of Spring.
