With a new house in Phipps Estates, A. Edward and Margarita Allinson have sold their previous home at 310 Polmer Park for a recorded $4.88 million, according to the price recorded with the deed.
The Toronto-based Peal Trust bought the Palm Beach Regency-style, four-bedroom house, which was built in 1962 with about 5,800 square feet of living space, inside and out. Allison Menkes acted as trustee.
Agent Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty had listed the North End property in early December for $5.95 million. Broker Christian J. Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate was on the buyer’s side of the deal. Neither one is commenting about the sale, which was recorded March 31 by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.
