1834-1838 Mason Street: 6 Unit TIC to Residence Conversion

This 6 unit TIC building was completely taken to the studs and a six car garage added below. Together with out construction partner, this building was transformed into a sophisticated residence on Russian Hill. The top two units were given exclusive rights to the panoramic roof decks featuring a mixed palette of materials to create chic spaces and clean lines. At the time of sale – these top floor units garnered record setting price per square foot statistics.

4179 23rd Street: Bungalow Transformation

This 1200 square foot bungalow was completely transformed into a show stopping 3600 square foot residence – located on a prime block in Noe Valley. Just steps to 24th Street – this home features soaring ceilings on the main level, gorgeous neighborhood outlooks and a sophisticated and neutral palette. The home is drenched in sunlight using a 3 story wall of windows. Together with our construction partner – the vision for this home was conceived to maximize the space below the home by adding two more floors below the existing bungalow. The deceptive exterior opens to a gracious, open floorpan on the main level, with large scale throughout.
