Carrie Goodman

Carrie Goodman manages every transaction as if it were her own home or investment. From preparation and marketing to pricing, negotiation, and execution, no detail is overlooked. She is widely recognized for her command of market data, pricing strategy, and inventory analysis—and for helping clients identify future value others may miss. Approximately 30% of Carrie’s business is conducted off market each year, reflecting the depth of her professional relationships and reputation among peers. Her ability to assemble and lead the right team is central to her consistently successful outcomes.
Consistently ranked among the Sotheby’s International Realty Top 100 agents worldwide, Carrie brings both global perspective and hyper-local insight to every transaction. A fourth-generation Bay Area native from a family of real estate professionals, builders, and developers, she understands San Francisco at a generational level. Having raised a family in the city, she brings firsthand knowledge of its neighborhoods, schools, and complexities.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys long walks, hikes, the occasional round of golf, and time on the Greenwich Steps with her Goldendoodle, Maverick. She loves hosting big dinners with friends, great music, cooking, and weekends in wine country. Above all, Carrie is deeply family-oriented and passionate about bringing people together.

Joie (pronounced “Joey”) joined the team in 2021, bringing years of experience supporting and managing high-value real estate transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars across SF.
Known for her strategic, detail-driven approach, she ensures each listing is thoughtfully prepared, expertly marketed, and carried through with precision from start to finish. Joie has a natural talent for orchestrating timelines and managing the many moving parts of a transaction, keeping the process smooth, organized, and low-stress for clients. She works closely with buyers and sellers through clear, hands-on communication, drawing on her deep knowledge of the SF market, local trends, and strong marketing and project-management skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
A Marin County native, Joie has long viewed San Francisco as an extension of home—an appreciation shaped by the city’s distinctive architecture, neighborhoods, and character. Outside of real estate, she can often be found walking or running through Cow Hollow, practicing yoga, discovering new restaurants around the city, or spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Jordy.
